[ View/Ask ]16’ X 32’ Wood frame instructional model located at the Round Rock Campus.
Framed wood structure with exterior siding and some interior finish, including
wood flooring, some electrical and plumbing work done in conjunction with
building construction trades skills training.
This training structure was not, cannot, and is not to be used, as is, for
occupancy or as a storage building. When transported, it must be:
1) Moved out as is and disassembled for materials reuse, or
2) Transported out of the city limits.
This model structure is being sold “AS IS”, WHERE IS, and there is NO
Warranty or Guarantees offered, expressed or implied.
The buyer is responsible for all necessary permits, insurance, and other
moving expenses and is urged to contact movers BEFORE bidding to
Inquire about moving costs and availability.
Buyer has seven (7) days to pay after the auction closing date and
Fourteen (14) days after payment to have the structure moved from
our Round Rock Campus site.
If it is not removed within the 14 days, a 20% fee will be assessed for
failure to remove it from our premises. If it is still not removed within
a given time limit, it will be considered abandoned and ACC will
dispose of it however it finds necessary. NO REFUNDS will be given.

Austin Community College may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for Austin Community College.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Austin Community College will charge a sales tax of 8.25%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Warehouse pick-up hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
